Program Statement

Rustic Willows Adult Family Home LLC

Rustic Willows AFH LLC has the capacity for four (4) residents.
We accept developmentally disabled, emotionally disturbed (mental illness)
and some physically disabled.

The home has a handicapped toilet and a walk-in shower with hand
rails. The home has four (4) bedrooms so each resident has their own for
privacy. There is a second bathroom, a large open kitchen and dining room
and a large living room. There’s a sizable patio with a ramp through the
patio doors. The lower level of the home is the staff living quarters with
its own full bathroom.

Rustic Willows AFH is about three (3) miles from Mosinee and
twenty (20) miles from Wausau. The home has a conversation van to transport
residents. We transport residents to doctor, dental and eye appointments.
We also transport them to community functions, church, out to restaurants
and any activity they are interested in attending.

We provide three (3) balanced meals daily with an occasional
snack. All medications are ordered, monitored and administered properly.
We also monitor blood pressure, do weight checks and monitor any other
health issue.

The home is on 10 beautiful country acres which provides plenty of
space to take a walk or enjoy lawn games. We also have a big patio for
picnics or other activities. There is a garden for residents to enjoy.

About Earl & Rene Jorgensen

Our mission began in June of 2006. We were offered a opportunity to take on a career which is very rewarding to the heart and soul.

We both enjoyed our jobs in Green Bay but both felt we could do more. We accepted this opportunity and began plans to become self employed. We quit our full time jobs and gathered our assets from retirement plans and began training for this career change.

We created the name Rustic Willows AFH, LLC and began our journey to self employment.
In June we moved to Mosinee and began our management strategy for this AFH.
